  1. there is no use of taking such a stupid bar exam bcz does the policy making body of BCI think that all the previous pass-out law grads & practicing advocates are not upto the mark & if so/yes, why then it does not take steps to prevent their practise & forces them to appear for such type of exam. by conducting such type of bar exam the BCI makes itself a laughing stock among the legal community. all the law colleges in india follow the syllebus recomended by BCI then what for such exam as this wont serve the purpose that BCI gives to substanciate that stupid bar exam. it means two exams for one purpose. doesn't it laughable?? if not ,why?? no stalwarts in the indian legal field didn't give two exams for this purpose & that dosen't deminish their greatness in anyway. actually in guise of this stupid bar exam BCI mala fidely wants to play with the new advocats for reasons best known to them only. to keep the indian legal system intact newly enrolled advocates needs encourgement not such type of discourgement & tension at the begining of their careers. BCI simply has no right to toying with newly enrolled professionals. BCI should reconsider its decision in this regard. it will help BCI to redeem itself before the legal community both in india & internationally.
